Shopping Online

We devised 5 quick steps to make shopping online with Diamond Imports easy.

  1. Your Order - can be adjusted anytime while you shop, just click on 'view cart' in Your Cart menu (top right hand of the screen). When you're ready to finalise your purchase, just click on 'Checkout'


  2. Address Details - ensure that you have both your billing and delivery address details on hand. A receipt will be sent to your email address.


  3. Delivery Options - charges for packaging, deliver and insurance within Australia are set for your purchase. For more detail on delivery, including costing structure and international delivery charges please see shipping information in the section below.


  4. Payment - select your payment method. Please read about the payment methods we offer below.


  5. Receipt - a receipt page complete with an order number is presented as confirmation of your purchase. These details will also be sent to you by email. Another email will be sent when your order has been despatched from our store.

We accept Visa & Mastercard payments through BPAY® for purchases made online. We do not charge commission on payments that are made with Visa or Mastercard through BPAY®. Please use Internet Banking or Telephone Banking toBPAY® using your Visa or Mastercard for all purchases made online. Learn more about BPAY® at www.bpay.com.au.

Purchases made in our office can be paid with EFTPOS, VISA or MASTERCARD.

BPAY®

A convenient, fast and easy way to pay your bills.
BPAY® is an electronic bill payment service offered by Australia’s leading financial institutions as a core feature of Internet and phone banking. BPAY® gives you the option of paying your bills at any time, day or night, on any day of the year, saving you time and reducing the hassle of paying bills.

Once you have registered for Internet or Phone Banking with your financial institution, you can pay a wide range of bills with just one phone call or Internet banking session, at your own convenience, seven days a week, day or night.

You can make a BPAY® payment at your financial institution from any touch phone or via a personal computer connected to the Internet, and have the option of paying from a cheque, savings or credit card account.

BPAY® gives you total control over when you make your payments within the secure environment of your bank or financial institution.

How do I make a BPAY® Payment?

Making a BPAY® payment is easy…
Simply follow these steps:

Register for Internet or phone banking at your financial institution, if you haven't already.

Look for the distinctive BPAY® logo on your bills.



Log onto your Internet banking service or call your phone banking service.

Select the BPAY® or bill payment option. You will then be prompted (via voice or on-screen) to select the account you wish to pay the bill from, enter your Biller Code, Customer Reference Number (CRN), the amount to pay and when you wish to schedule the payment.

Wait for and record your receipt number. And as simple as that your bill is now paid.

Is BPAY® safe?

BPAY® payments are all made within the secure environment of your financial institution’s Internet banking site or phone banking system. The only parties who are authorised to have access to information about BPAY® payments are the participating billers and financial institutions. Additionally, BPAY® does not receive any identifying personal or individual account details at any point during the payment process.

As BPAY® is part of Internet banking, consumers are also protected by the Electronic Funds Transfer Code of Conduct (EFT Code).

BPAY® is part of Internet and phone banking, and is therefore processed within the secure environment of your financial institution. Credit card details are not passed through the system and cannot be identified via a BPAY® payment.

Enclose a copy of the order with your payment or a note with your Name, Address, Order Number and Phone Number in case we need to confirm your details.

Payment must be in Australian Dollars, your order will not be processed if any other currency is sent and your payment will be returned.

Direct Deposit

You can send payment for your order direct to our bank account using the following details:

Once you have placed your order we will contact you and provide our banking details and confirmation that your order is complete and ordered items are in stock and still currently available.

We will provide you the amount to be deposited in the event that the invoice total may be different due to an item being out of stock.

When making the Direct Deposit please make sure you quote your order number as a reference during the Direct Deposit process so that we can apply your payment and dispatch your order.

Contact us once your direct deposit transaction has been completed quoting your order number, this will help us to process and dispatch your order quickly.

Telegraphic Transfer

Overseas orders - Diamond Imports only accepts payment by Telegraphic Transfer and Direct Deposit. Telegraphic Transfers must be in Australian Dollars.

Once you have placed your order we will contact you and provide our banking details and confirmation that your order is complete and ordered items are in stock and still currently available.

We will provide you the amount to be deposited in the event that the invoice total may be different due to an item being out of stock.

When making the Telegraphic Transfer please make sure you quote your order number as a reference during the Telegraphic Transfer process so that we can apply your payment and dispatch your order.

Contact us once your Telegraphic Tansfer transaction has been completed quoting your order number, this will help us to process and dispatch your order quickly.

Payment Terms & Information

Orders placed using an offline payment method will not be processed until payment has been received and cleared. Direct Deposit usually takes 2-3 working days to clear and Cheques/Money Orders take approximately 3-5 working days from receipt of payment to clear. This may cause some delay in quoted delivery times especially if the items are out of stock.

If an order has been placed using an offline payment method and payment has not been received within 7 days that order will be cancelled. If for any reason your payment will not reach us within 7 days and you wish to complete the order please contact the Orders department and we may be able to keep the order active for you. We cannot hold stock after the 7 day limit.

Diamond Imports does not accept cash payments and accept no responsibility for cash payments sent to us.

Diamond Imports only accept payment in AUD$ All credit card payments will be converted at the current prevailing exchange rate by PayPal. All other payment methods should be sent in AUD$ for the amount shown on the order invoice.

All Diamond Imports prices are shown in AUD$ and include GST. For orders placed outside of Australia the GST will be deducted from the product price once you have created an account and logged in. Prices are subject to change and are based on USD & AUD exchange rates.

Overseas customers may only pay by Telegraphic Transfer or Direct Deposit, unless another payment method has been arranged with Diamond Imports Pty Ltd.

Payments made by Australian bank cheque or Australian money order will not be processed until the cheque or money order is cleared.

Diamond Imports reserves the right to refuse any order if it believes that it is fraudulent or is suspicious in nature.

No order will be accepted unless complete information is provided including full addresses, e-mail address and contact telephone numbers. You must include your e-mail address in your order otherwise Diamond Imports we will not be able to contact you. Diamond Imports may contact the purchaser by email, fax or telephone to establish and confirm order details, verify an order validity or to perform a check and safeguard against fraudulant purchases.

Diamond Imports will not accept your order if the delivery address of the product is not the same as the address of the credit card holder. Diamond Imports will not deliver products to post office boxes as all orders must be signed for at the time of delivery.

For high value orders and for some countries that fall outside our credit card fraud checking network Diamond Imports may require that proof of ownership of a credit card be supplied. For those orders, we may require that the purchaser fax to us a photocopy of their credit card and driver's licence for proof of identity and ownership of the credit card. We may also request that a purchaser supply their security credit card number. This will only be required if expressly requested by Diamond Imports.

If for any reason the item purchased or ordered via our web site is currently unavailable or out of stock Diamond Imports will contact you within two working days via the contact details that you have provided. Diamond Imports will notify you of the delivery time and whether the item will become available for purchase. If however Diamond Imports are not able to supply the purchased or ordered item we will arrange either a replacement or alternative item with the consent of the customer or if necessary a refund will be given in the exact form which payment was made. Diamond Imports will work with the customer to ensure customer satisfaction and to complete any transaction and order in a timely fashion given the circumstances involved.

By purchasing an item advertised on this Web Site and/or by completing the registration process to become a member of Diamond Imports ("a Member"), you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. Diamond Imports may amend these Terms and Conditions from time to time and any amendment will become effective immediately. Your continued use of this Web Site after amendment constitutes an agreement to abide by and be bound by those Terms and Conditions, as amended.

Diamond Imports reserves the right to update or modify the terms and conditions at any time without prior notice. Shipping

Diamond Imports uses Australian Air Express, Express Post Platimun, EMS and Fed Ex for shipping and delivery. All goods shipped are insured against loss and damage whilst they are in transit. All deliveries will require a signature and proof of identity at time of accepting the delivery. Diamond Imports will not deliver to a post office box.

Diamond Imports reccomends that diamonds be insured at all times and once the purchaser has signed and accepted the delivery it is the responsibility of the purchaser to have adequate insurance cover for the goods purchased.

All purchases are insured for loss whilst in transit.

If no one is at the specified address at time of delivery your purchase will be returned to your local Post Office and a notice will be left in your letter box for you to collect at your convenience. Proof of identity must be shown to collect your purchase.

Delivery will take between 2 to 10 working days. Diamond Imports will not be liable for extended delivery time if incorrect or incomplete delivery address has been supplied or if the recipient has moved or is not present at time of delivery. Delivery is made to all Australian cities and territories. Diamond Imports also delivers to selected overseas countries including USA, Canada, Great Britain, New Zealand, Singapore, Hong Kong and Europe as well as many other countries.

When you proceed through the checkout process, you will automatically be presented with the relevant shipping options based on the country that you include in your shipping address and the value of your order.

Our shipping charges are as follows:

Australian Orders - Sent with Australia Air Express or Express Post Platinum - Australian purchases attract a small delivery fee of $16.50 including gst. Diamond Imports reserves the right to send Australian Orders by Registered Insured Mail via Australia Post. Delivery time for orders delivered in Australia is 2 - 5 working days.

Overseas Orders - Orders to countries outside of Australia are sent with either EMS or FedEx. Overseas orders are subject to a delivery charge of AUD$100.00. Delivery time for overseas orders is 2 - 10 working days.

Overseas orders may be subject to local duty, taxes and import charges and these are not included in the purchase price from Diamond Imports and are the responsibility of the purchaser. Diamond Imports will not be responsible for the payment of any customs duties, taxes or import charges incurred under any circumstances.

When ordering from Diamond Imports you agree to pay any import duties, taxes or custom charges which may be imposed by your country's government. If you refuse to pay any import duties, taxes or charges imposed and thereby prevent delivery of your order, you will remain liable for the purchase price of the product and you will be charged the full purchase price of the order and the shipping price together with any shipping amount incurred in the return of the goods to Diamond Imports and any customs duty, costs or penalty imposed by your government.
