"Last night my fiance presented me with the most beautiful diamond ring - of course it came from Daniel at Diamond Imports.

Sam and I had spent months trudging the jewellers and viewing on line sales sites looking for that special stone / engagement ring.

The problem is that once we'd researched a little about diamonds, the process was no longer enjoyable. I saw some very expensive rings but on closer look, the diamonds were of very low quality (that was especially clear in those with certificates which we asked to see).

We found our diamond on Daniel's website- but of course now we're dealing with a ring sight unseen. We had spoken on several occassions with the DCLA (very helpful people) prior to this so one more call - we spoke about the stone and the seller and they put our mind at ease. In an industry so fraught with deception, this was so important.
