"Danny I found you the day before my girlfriend's birthday, in a bit of a panic because her present, bought off the internet, had not arrived yet. You helped me pick out a beautiful pair of diamond earrings that was in my budget. I gave them to her after a special dinner and after I proposed. Of course she loves them. "I was referred to Daniel at Diamond Imports from a friend, who had lots of good things to say about the service provided.

Upon contacting Daniel, I was surprised at the requirements just to make an appointment to view the stones....especially the fee he charges for the consultation session (if no purchase made). It kinda reminded me of the "Soup Nazi" from Seinfield.

However, I decided to go ahead and book the appointment anyway, and I was not disappointed at all. Daniel took the time to explain and show me lots of different stones and I didn't feel pressured to buy at all. He spent a lot of time explaining the differences between the stones. Daniel didn't try to upsell at all. I asked for his opinion on which would be the better stone, instead of recommending the most expensive stone, he basically told me to choose the one I liked most.

Additionally, I needed the ring completed quickly as I was leaving for overseas shortly. He was able to complete the ring the next day!!!

It's not often that you can find a retailer that provides fast and good service at an incredible price. I am very happy with my purchase, and so is my fiancée.

I checked online shops but was unable to interact with anyone or see the diamond before buying, and most jewellers offered horrendously inflated diamonds and kept trying to sell me the diamond they wanted me to have, not the one that I wanted. "When shopping for an engagement ring I found there to be a lot of sharks out there trying to either rip me off on price or trying to sell me a diamond which was still on an exchange and they didn't actually own. I felt it was too much money to spend without being given the opportunity to view it before committing to buying it.

"I started looking for a diamond a couple of weeks ago, to was confusing is an understatement.
I found these guys on-line and immediately noticed how large their range was and how reasonably priced they are. With very little notice I met up with Daniel Katz in his city office. He insisted on teaching me how to view the diamond correctly and it's ID numbers which are lasered in the diamond. What he doesn't know about diamonds isn't worth knowing. I'll never use another jeweller again.
